des Kiefers (MRONJ) ist eine schwere Nebenwirkung, die durch die Anwendung von antiresorptiven, antiangiogenen Medikamenten verursacht wird. <\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div Die kontrollierten Studien mit leukozyten- und pl\u00e4ttchenreichem Fibrin (LPRF) zeigen hier einen 60-100% Heilungserfolg und k\u00f6nnen gut mit einer fluoreszenzgef\u00fchrte Chirurgie (85-90% Erfolg) kombiniert werden.
