medikamentenbedingte Osteonekrose des Kiefers (MRONJ) ist durch eine Nekrose des Kieferknochens mit intraoraler bakterieller Infektion gekennzeichnet und hat erhebliche negative Auswirkungen auf die Lebensqualit\u00e4t im Zusammenhang mit der Mundgesundheit. Hochdosierte Bisphosphonate k\u00f6nnen ein Risikofaktor f\u00fcr die Entwicklung einer MRONJ sein. Patienten, die diese Produkte verwenden, ben\u00f6tigen eine sorgf\u00e4ltige prophylaktische Zahnbehandlung, enge Kommunikation und regelm\u00e4\u00dfige
