Hinsichtlich der Remineralisation und des Schutzes vor erneuter Demineralisierung der Zähne scheint eine hydroxyapatithaltige Zahnpasta einer fluoridhaltigen Zahnpasta und einer fluorid- und hydroxylapatitfreien Zahnpasta unterlegen zu sein.
Eine die Empfehlungfür eine hydroxylapatit Zahnpasta ist daher kritisch zu hinterfragen.
